About Us

Abbey Access Training aims to contribute to the economic, social and environmental regeneration of the Abbey Ward and its surrounding areas. We deliver this by offering programmes that develop voluntary, training and educational skills and community activities.

All members of the community can use the Centre as a source of free information, support and advice on a variety of subjects.

Since 2008 our focus has been on training provision, and we offer a range of programmes including Employability Skills, vocational, COSHH, Manual Handling, Fire Safety Awareness, Emergency First Aid at Work, NVQ’s as well as confidence and self esteem building, education and life skills.

We employ a large team of staff with multi-functional responsibilities in managing and delivering provision across the range of programmes.

Board of Trustees
