How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored either on our password protected server or in our office that we keep locked which only staff have access to.
We keep this information for 7-10 years. We will then destroy any physical copies we have by shredding the documents. All digital copies of personal information is permanently deleted, securely from our database.
How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

Being referred to by another organisation for our courses
We use the information that you have given us in order to keep up to date records of qualifications and to be able to keep in contact with our learners to ensure their progression into employment.
